Total price for the Summit & Soul Workshop: $1800
Deposit required to reserve your seat is $600, with two more payments of $600, due before June 15, 2025
Price of the workshop includes:
- Lodging near Basalt, CO
- Meals and snacks from 4:00pm on 7/24 - 9:00am on 7/27
- 3 styled shoots at beautiful locations in and around Aspen, CO
- An opportunity for photos of yourself at one of the locations, that you can use for business or socials
- Education by Monica Gilliam, along with take-home access to MGP online courses
- Editing together in a group setting + MGP PS Actions and LR Presets
- A workbook to go along with the curriculum

- Transportation from the rental to and from the shoot locations

Arriving By Plane:
Aspen Airport: 25 minutes away
Grand Junction Airport: 1 hour & 40 min away
Eagle County (Vail) Airport: 2 hours away
Denver International Airport: 2 hours & 35 min away
*If you are driving in, you will be given the exact address after securing your seat, but search for directions to Basalt, CO.*
** Transportation from the airport to the rental is not included. However, attendees will be in a Facebook group, where you can organize a carpool, if you choose. **
Accommodations:
Attendees will all be staying in the same rental. It is a possibility that you will have to share a room with someone and that may include some bunkbeds. Beds are first come, first served and you will choose your bed when you arrive.
Refund Policy
Tickets to the Summit & Soul Workshop are non-refundable. Should you end up not being able to attend for any reason, you can sell or gift your seat to someone else that will go in your place. I will need to know this in writing along with the info of the person that will be attending in your place.

- Anyone who attends the Summit & Soul Workshop, cannot live or work within 95 mile radius of 80439
- If you have diet restrictions, such as gluten/dairy/nut allergies, please let me know after you secure your seat.
- Once you've paid the deposit, you will receive a questionnaire, so I can make your workshop experience great!

The Vision for the summit & soul workshop
The vision for the workshop started in 2014. Ten years later, after 13 years of business and mentoring, I'm so excited to be putting the workshop vision into motion. A 3-night/4-day workshop, right here in the mountains of Colorado is the perfect amount of time to learn so much, have a great time shooting and make some friends, but doesn't keep you away from family and business for too long. July is the perfect time of year to be in the mountains. During the styled shoots, I will give you the tips and tricks that I use during sessions for great connection between your subjects, that I haven't seen anyone else teaching. Then you will be taking your own photos of the families, as well, to use for your portfolio. There will also be an opportunity for getting photos of yourself, by me or other attendees, if you would like!
